On World Aids Day 2006 the Danish sculptor Jens Galschioet, founder of AIDOH - Arts In Defense Of Humanism - has launched his campaign "In the Name of God" which is a challenging contribution to the important discourses on HIV/AIDS, sexuality, Christian religion and politics. MAAA regards his work as an artistic and informational contribution of highest value, in order to raise thought and awareness in relation to SRH (Sexual and Reproductive Health) and HIV/AIDS issues, worldwide, especially in the spheres of spirituality and politics, and as a stepping stone to bridge the gap between science and religion, church and government, tradition and modern thought, myth and reality, body and mind.
